#Time Alone Doesn't Heal

Do you ever feel like things are not getting better, situations have remained the same for a long time, and your heart hurts tremendously?

You reach out to a friend, or a Family member and what do you hear from them?

Time heals all wounds.

Well, when someone tells you that, it is not because they mean to hurt you, that is they've learned through life, Time heals, you'll heal in time, Time makes everything better.

I have a question for you:

If you went to a softball game, slip and fell, and started bleeding profusely:

Would you wait for time to heal your wound?

Would you grab a chair and wait?

or Would you tend to your wound so it wouldn't get infected ensuring you get the help you deserve?

We are conditioned by society to hide feelings, to be strong, stay busy, and just pretend as if your feelings are not important.

Don't you deserve to feel happy, and live your life to the fullest?

If this is where you are right now, there is hope for things to get better. It takes action on your part.

The first thing is:

Congratulations, You've ve acknowledged that what you have been doing is not working, so the first step is taken. Give yourself permission to heal.
